Come see the classic silent movie Man with a Movie Camera performed with a live score! Garth Hardy has coordinated a collaborative, improvised score that will be performed by a group of local musicians. If the weather is good (unlikely) it'll be in the backyard of the Kabuki Housing Co-op at the corner of Agricola St. and Roberts St. If the weather's bad (likely) it'll be at the Eyelevel Gallery, 2063 Gottingen St. Part of Sound Bytes: Festival of Art and Audio.

BOWIE fans unite for Devin and Daniel's presentation of "The Man Who Fell To Earth," served with enchiladas, plus!!! $8 and reservations are required, as normal. Dinner and a Movie is an awesome fundraising series of homeade meals and unique movies prepared and picked by Roberts Street friends and supporters. 5. Artist-in-Residence - Anna Leventhal! May 28- June 10
Anna is a writer and performer from Montreal who is currently working on a short story collection about communities, networks and systems called 100 Common Disasters and How to Survive Them). As part of an ongoing experimental narrative, she will work on one portion of the book, developing a written chapter as well as piece to perform live. Thanks to Service Canada, we've hired Jake Feldman for the busy summer months. There's lots of zine cataloguing still to be done, and Jake is taking this on as a major part of the summer. There will be a cataloguing party and training on Tuesday May 26 from 3-6pm. If you're interested in learning to catalogue email Jake at lizard_feldman@hotmail.com.
